NASA/KSC has a requirement for CST Studio Suite License.  The Launch Services Program (LSP) at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) requires electromagnetic interference analysis and has designed and developed unique models and processes to perform such analysis.  These models and processes interface with CST Studio Suite software designed by CST of America.

NASA/KSC intends to purchase the following services from CST of America, Inc. as CST of America is uniquely qualified to provide the Government the necessary software.

CLIN 1 - Maintenance of existing CST Studio Suite License
CLIN 2 - IGES Import/Export
CLIN 3 - STEP Import/Export

The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

Interested organizations may submit a detailed description of capabilities, qualifications, and relevant past performance that establishes ability to perform the effort.  This information must be submitted in writing to the identified point of contact not later than midnight local time on May 5, 2010. 

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
