The CST Studio Suite® software is an essential part of the department's requirement for various critical development programs. The service must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems software presently installed. Purchasing any other software would not be compatible with the proprietary software from CST. The requested licenses and support represent the minimum requirements of the government.

Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
