Lone Star College is seeking proposals for construction services for renovations at the LSC-CyFair campus Center for Academic and Student Affairs (CASA) building to be performed in phases. The existing areas to be renovated include office areas and student enrollment, transfer and career lab spaces with installation of new waiting / reception areas, offices, labs, conference rooms, workrooms, storage rooms, file rooms with new flooring, walls, ceilings, A/V equipment, data / power outlets, and furniture. Refer to PGAL Architects drawings dated 10/06/2022 and project manual dated 10/10/2022. This Request for Proposal (CSP), and the information contained within, is an invitation to bid and is provided to assist qualified bidders in formulating proposals. This CSP is not a contract nor an offer to contract. No contractual obligations shall arise until a formal contract is executed between Lone Star College and the successful respondent. The initial term of the contract resulting from this CSP may be for a period of up to five (5) years.
