The purpose of this ammendment is to change to site visit to Tuesday 11 Aug 2020 at 0900. It also changes the site visit location to Bldg. 763 room #3 at Camp Santiago.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Puerto Rico Army National Guard has a requirement for Lead and Asbestos mitigation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.
A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following:
NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% women owned small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562910 with a size standard of $20.5 million dollars.
II. DESCRIPTION OF ACQUISITION:
The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) Building 100 CSJTC Garrison Command Headquarters currently has lead based paint and asbestos containing material in specific areas as specified in the Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead Inspection report which prevents modernization of existing building conditions. The building is currently in schedule for a modernization construction project which is on hold due to testing positive to asbestos and lead containing materials. The structure is currently in an inoperable status and occupants removed due to safety and health risk. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
