Purchase and installation of a cryogenic preconcentrator designed to concentrate gaseous samples by liquid nitrogen cryogenic focusing for injection onto an Agilent 7890B gas chromatograph. A robotic autosampler shall also be included that has a minimum of 16 ports that can accept cans or Tedlar, or equivalent, bags containing diluted vehicle exhaust. There is also an option for an additional cryogenic preconcentrator.
