Amendment II:

The above subject RFQ is hereby amended to update the requied delivery as follows:

Delivery shall be completed within 10 months from date of award. Any earlier delivery must be negotiated based on the Government's ability to receive the equipment due to room renovations that are required to be completed before the arrival of the equipment at NIST's laboratory.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
