Q: What is the size requirement for the vacuum pump (Option Line Item 0002)?

A: The offeror shall provide a pump with sufficient pumping speed and have a low enough base pressure to fully operate the cryostat system. The maximum foot print shall not exceed 60 cm H (to the top of the flange) x 50 cm W x 65 cm D.
