The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to VitalSmarts, LC., 282 River Bend Lane, Suite 100, Provo, UT 84604 on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.   This requirement is for the purchase of Crucial Conversations Participant Course Material, Suite v.4.

This is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
