The solicitation number is COCO001-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-01. The North American Industry Classification System code is 562920 - Materials Recovery Facilities.  This requirement is set aside for a small business.  Small Business size standard is $22 million.  UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, one year contract.
