The BIA will be responsible for preparing the road surface for treatment. Delivery period for this project will be from July 18, 2012 to September 10, 2012 and June 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013 as delivery is requested by the project engineer until the entire quantity is delivered and applied or until September 30, 2013, whichever comes first. One economic price adjustment will be allowed between March 30 and June 1 2013 per FAR clause 52.216-4. DELIVERY: Delivery shall be at the locations cited above.
