NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Emulsified Asphalt Supply, 2021 CRP 10-21 Sealed bids for the improvements of: Emulsified Asphalt Supply, 2021 will be received by the Columbia County Public Works Office at P.O. Box 5, 415 N. Guernsey Ave., Dayton, Washington 99328, until 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Bids delivered in person will be received only at the reception desk of said office. There will be no public opening of the bids. Tabulated bids will be made public on Columbia County’s website at time of award. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Should the awarded Contractor fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid’s proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Columbia County. The improvement for which bids will be received is described below: This contract provides for the supply and delivery of approximately 130 Tons of CRS-2P Emulsified Asphalt and 35 Tons of Rapid Curing Fog Oil in conjunction with Columbia County Public Works Department’s 2021 Seal Coating Program.
