Ocean County College College desires a CRM ticketing system that will integrate ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and customer databases for The Grunin Center for the Arts and The Novins Planetarium. The system is to be cloud-based, and not require patrons to create accounts to purchase tickets. The two centers, while related, do not share the same customer base and would, therefore, require their own instances of the chosen CRMs.
