The U.S. Department of Labor, the Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Directorate of Evaluation and Analysis (DEA); this requirement is titled as the Criteria File project. OSHA will provide the contractor with a set of criteria (e.g., SIC codes and number of employees) and the contractor returns a file of active U.S. businesses in its database that meet these criteria. The Criteria File includes pre-selected data elements on each record, which the contractor refreshes on a semi-annual basis. The requirement is described further in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). A sample file from each bidder is required prior to award in section 11.
