The purpose of this Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) is to solicit proposals from Bidders who can provide a Criminal Intelligence Analyst to provide services to the state and local governments in protecting the continuity of government from identified threats to persons, facilities, elections, and constitutionally protected liberties of free speech and assembly.
