The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the International Justice and Public Safety Network as Nlets, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  Under this contract, ICE will acquire the Nlets rap sheet parsing agent.  The anticipated value of this requirement is less than $150,000.00 with a period of performance of 8 months.  The Government is pursing this requirement in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13.
