The Contractor shall provide the Foster & Freeman Crime-Lite 82L set. Without this set, security and operational effectiveness of DIA could be hindered.

Foster & Freeman is the only known source capable of fulfilling this requirement.

Any interested party should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met; no later than 5 days of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
