The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Winware Inc. for the following: 7 each 580 CribMaster computers, hard drive replacement, loaded with CM 7.05 and 5 each Robocrib 2000, p/n: 770-420, loaded with CM 7.05. Winware Inc. is the only source who can supply the required items. Conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firms ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to RFQ number FA4877-08-Q0403 by June 13, 2008, 3:00 pm PST. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs associated with providing the capability information.
