Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819R2629 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Sole Source Basis from CRFS, INC. 4230-D Lafayette Center Drive Chantilly, VA, 20151-1238 for the following;

The hardware and software must be compatible (form, fit, and function) with the current Nodes and system hardware and software already installed. The requested eight (8) CRFS RFEye 100-18 Nodes with supporting hardware and software represents the minimum requirements of the government. Procuring equipment from another manufacturer would present unacceptable quality and schedule risks in meeting sponsors' requirements.

Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Quote is due 19 June 2019, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 31 July 2019.
