The Department of Defense (DOD) is interested in entering into a lease for a communication tower space in Creston Butte, Lincoln County, WA. Potential site is in support of the Seattle District Radio Network (SDRN) network system that requires uniquely selected sites for uncompromised operation of its radio system. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs and replication of tenant improvements.
The offered Space must be able to support operation of a 30 foot communication tower to include electricity and a secured area to store radio equipment, including, but not limited to, batteries and chargers, with automatic air conditioning and heating systems.
The location sought is within a defined delineated area in Creston Butte, Lincoln County, WA, more specifically in an area bounded as follows:
North: U.S.Route 2
South: Ramsey Road
East: Creston Butte Road
West: Swanson Lake Road North
Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
