Crest Street Reconstruction Neighborhood Meeting The CBJ Public Works and Engineering Department is designing the reconstruction of Crest St. between Yandukin Dr. and Old Dairy Rd. intersections. Work will include replacement of the roadway base and pavement, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, new underground storm drainage, new water and sanitary sewer lines if necessary.
