This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

The purchase of Crest Solvent Cleaner (Degreaser) Model F-300-242018 and installation IAW Statement of Work, 1 each.

Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier.

Justification for Brand Name Only: This solvent cleaner is the only known equipment to have the following mechanical and functional properties: water cooled dual on baoard refrigeration systems, total solvent volume of approx. 100 gallons, stainless steel process tanks, frame, counter top, single 192 kHz (3,000 watts) utrasonic immersion sump, centrifugal pump featuring a stainless steel pump head, Teflon encapsulated viton seals, gaskets, O-rings, REFC motor, high surface area tube and fin radiator, superheated vapor zone capable of up to 30 degrees above the boiling point of the solvent that provides quick and complete drying of parts to reduce dragout, and the automation features such as the programmable lift and transfer systems are just some of the user requirements. Also, this systems fits within the space requirements of 108"w x 64"d x 115"h.
