The proposed effort will provide NRC’s Office of Congressional Affairs and Office of the Commission with the Congressional Quarterly publications referenced above. The period of performance for this effort is one base year and three option years beginning March 1, 2009. This notice of intent is neither a request for quotes or a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
