The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Computer Products, Inc. (CPI) to purchase a subscription, Part Number CP 2011-100-ASC, that would allow access to a web based workflow application system developed by CPI. The application is proprietary and is designed to validate outstanding obligations and identify excess funding for SPAWAR-generated funding documents and contracts direct citing a SPAWAR line of accounting. This product was developed and is maintained by Computer Products, Inc. It is hosted on a CPI computer and access is available via the Internet using a windows-based browser. The period of performance for this procurement is from 1 September 2003 to 31 August 2004, with two option years to follow. The period of performance of each option is 1 September 2004 to 31 August 2005 and 1 September 2005 to 31 August 2006, respectively. This request is considered to be sole source to Computer Products, Inc and no solicitation will result from this announcement.
