This notice is for informational purposes only. DOJ intends to issue a firm-fixed priced follow-on purchase order for CPI Messenger Maintenance for one base year and four option years, under the FAR, Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Sources Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is using procedures in FAR Part 8. This is not an RFQ or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. It is merely notification of DOJ's intent to acquire this service from Computer Projects of Illinois. There will be no solicitation, therefore, requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be acknowledged. A determination by DOJ to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of DOJ. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. DOJ doesn't intend to pay for information provided in response to this notice. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain enough documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. If no affirmative responses are received within 3 business days, negotiations will be conducted with Computer Projects of Illinois. A purchase order will be issued without any additional notices being posted.
