Remodel of a portion of the first floor and full remodel of the second floor including addition of new bathrooms, lighting, mechanical systems and remodel of the fire sprinkler system and fire alarm. Project Additive Bid Alternates include elevator replacement, voluntary seismic upgrade, replace finishes on second floor restroom, and re-roof of the existing roof. The total project area is approximately 19,350 square feet.
