Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division, Measurement Science Department, Code MS24 requires Cox flow standards for Virginia Class calibration standards.  The standards will be purchased and shipped to New London Lab to support the current work load for the Virginia Class.  The flow standards must meet all specifications below and it is imperative that these specific standards be procured to because they are utilized in ~28 disparate Instrument Calibration Procedures (ICPs). 

The Government intends to award a sole-source; firm fixed priced contract to Cox Instruments, Inc., DBA Exact Flow.
