Scope of services are defined in the Technical Specification provisions with the intent of completing Phase 1 of the Cowlitz Trout Hatchery Remodel which include and is not limited to consultant project management, new reports, updated reports, new models, survey coordination, alternative analyses, permitting support, 10% design, interim and permanent phasing plans for facilities and major components. Subsequent phasing is anticipated. The multi-phased project is anticipated to span 7-8 years.
