USDA Forest Services requires grounds maintenance for the Coweeta Hydrologic Laboratory located at 3160 Coweeta Lab Road, Otto, NC. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide grounds maintenance.

Anticipated starting date from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. Plus 4 Option Years.

The quoters shall submit their quote to Harkley, Heather, by email at

[email protected] no later than June 19th, 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. It is the quoter's responsibility to confirm receipt of the quote.

Quoters must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management in order to

submit a quote. https://SAM.gov.

A formal site visit will be held on June 16th, 2025, at 0900 AM Eastern Standard Time. The site visit will be held at Coweeta Hydrologic Laboratory located at 3160 Coweeta Lab Road, Otto, NC.

4.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (SEE ATTACHED SOW SECTION 4)

The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.”
