This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is ERFM005-20 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02. The North American Industry Classification System code is 311119.  This requirement is set aside for a small business.  Small Business size standard is 500 employees.  UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, three month delivery Purchase Order.
