The City of Covington is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors for a commercial roof replacement. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, December 29th, 2022 at Covington Police Department, located at 13183 Harland Dr NE, Covington, Georgia 30014. Sealed bids must be delivered to City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014, Attn: Scott Cromer no later than 10:00 am Thursday, January 19, 2023. Bids will be opened at 10:30am. A 5% bid bond will be required with bid. A Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% will be required from awarded vendor.
