Please see Mod2DJF151800PR0016655 attached.  The purpose of this amendment is to (1) clarify the vendor's responsibility to submit an "audio recorder" with the proposal meeting the required physical size and form factors, as well as meeting the required power requirements.  The vendor shall also submit an "audio/video recorder" with the proposal that meets the required physical size and form factors, as well as meeting the stated power requirements.  These devices shall be used during the evaluation process (2) replace pg 24 of the solicitation with page #3 of this amendment.  Section K.1 (a) (1) and (a) (2) have been filled in to provide further clarity of this requirement being set-aside for small business.  As was identified in the original announcement, the NAICS code is 334310 and the small business size standard is 750 employees;

(3) include submitted questions and the government responses on the subsequent pages of this amendement; and

(4) extend the period of receipt of proposals to 5:00 pm, May 20, 2015.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
