The US District Courts is in need of design and installation services for a Courtroom Technology Audio/Video upgrade. The upgrade consists of converting existing audio/video equipment from analog to digital technology. The proposal shall include a price for one courtroom upgrade with the option of up to (7) additional courtrooms in the following locations:

Pete V. Domenici Federal Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico
Santiago E. Campos Federal Courthouse, Santa Fe, New Mexico
US District Courthouse, Las Cruces New Mexico

The vendor submitting the proposal shall review all attached documents and submit a proposal along with all required documentation requested by the courts. The bid is an open market solicitation with the award going to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) bid. Vendors are required to perform an on-site visit of each location prior to submission of proposal.
