The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for a Courtroom Technology Solution. The Muskegon County Courts are seeking to procure a qualified vendor the design, installation and support of courtroom recording and visual display technology. Vendors and/or their representatives may submit bids electronically through Bid Net or physically at: Muskegon County Procurement Office, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442. The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County. A copy of the RFP will be available by Tuesday, March 2, 2021, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county. All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, March 26, 2021. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 21-2397 Courtroom Technology Solution”.
