F-15SA Courseware/Curriculum Development
The USAF is seeking F-15SA courseware/curriculum for the following F-15SA Maintenance Specialties:

2A3X3A-Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Tech
2A6X1-Engines
2A6X6-Electric/Environmental Systems
2W1X1E-Aircraft Armament Systems
2A6X3-Aircraft Egress
2A6X4-Fuels Systems
2A6X5-Hydraulic Systems
1P0X1-Aircrew Flight Equipment
2A7X1-Metals Tech
2A7X2-Non-Destructive Inspection
2A7X3-Aircraft Structural Maintenance (Sheet Metal)
2A0X1-Avionics/Sensors (To Include Intermediate Level Mx)
2A6X4-Fuels (CFTs and Ext Tanks) (To Include Intermediate Level Mx)
Assumptions: The curriculum developer would need to possess/obtain the technical data for the F-15SA. The specialties training will either be current RSAF F-15C/D/S technicians that are cross flowing/transitioning to the F-15SA or they will be new technicians that will have graduated from a USAF Technical Training Course for their specialty and been awarded a 3-level graduation certificate. A list of the USAF Technical Training Courses is below. As such, there will be differences courses for the current F-15 C/D/S technicians and F-15SA initial qualification courses for the new technicians. For specialties such as Metals Tech, Non-Destructive Inspection, and Aircraft Structural Maintenance the intent of the training is for only F-15SA specific tasks, not general training that will be provided by the USAF.
The courseware/curriculum for the following courses for each specialty identified above would be needed:
1. General F-15SA Familiarization/systems courses-all identified AFSCs
2. F-15SA AFSC specific difference training and tasks (academic and OJT) to enable technicians to transition from F-15C/D/S aircraft to F-15SA.
3. F-15SA AFSC specific training and tasks (academic and OJT) for new USAF equivalent 3-Level technicians. The OJT tasks are all of those that would, upon completion to proficiency, potentially lead to award of a USAF 5 and 7 level equivalents. OJT tasks may be conducted on a F-15C/D/S model aircraft Ground Instructional Training Aircraft (GITA) (if the systems are identical/similar), aircraft maintenance training devices, and F-15SA aircraft. The intent would be maximizing the use of GITA and aircraft maintenance training devices due to F-15SA aircraft availability. OJT tasks that could only be performed on an F-15SA would need to be identified.
4. Engineering plant training for the following: Systems Engineering, Aircraft Structure Engineering, Aircraft Avionics Engineering, and Aircraft Weapons System Engineering.
5. Senior officers' familiarization course
The Contractor would develop and produce F-15SA maintenance courseware/curriculum and student materials. The contractor/courseware developer would need to possess/obtain F-15SA technical data as it becomes available to ensure the courseware/curriculum reflects the latest aircraft configuration and technical data.
The Contractor would provide a description for each course, content (academic and OJT) and length. Also, the contractor will provide recommended instructor to student ratios for classroom and OJT training. All student materials shall be based on data available under the FMS program and developed and presented IAW the country configured equipment. Basic theory is not required.
The courseware/curriculum and student materials will be developed to support the objective of training to provide the necessary skills to operate and maintain aircraft systems, subsystems, and related support equipment.
The courseware/curriculum can be a combination of instructor led classes, computer based training, and OJT tasks using contractor format.
The intent of the training will be to provide the students a thorough understanding of their specialty requirements so that at the end of their training they can perform tasks unsupervised as identified in the courseware/curriculum. Courseware/curriculum will include materials to support testing procedures and Structured On-The-Job Training (SOJT).
