This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of the Countermeasure Receivers for use by United States Air Force (USAF) personnel. The amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. Contractors responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.

PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the overhaul of Countermeasure Receivers NSNs: 5865-01-600-7783 NR, 5865-01-600-9835 NR and 5865-01-626-3127 FW for USAF personnel. Our acquisition strategy is a two-year contract (basic plus one option period) and will continue through FY18. The projected quantities will be an estimate of 6 per year (7783), 3 per year (9835) and 2 per year (3127).
Countermeasure Receivers are part of the Defense Management System (DMS) for the B-2 aircraft. The Countermeasure Receivers should be overhauled IAW with the latest overhaul instructions. A drawing package is not available through the USAF and must be acquired from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (Lockheed Martin Corp.), Cage 03640 to complete the work described, including military specific modifications. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice in writing including details of your ability to provide a copy of the OEM's overhaul manual (including disassembly, overhaul, test and an illustrated parts breakdown including part numbers) and an OEM licensee agreement certifying your business is approved by the OEM to overhaul this equipment. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 336413, which has a corresponding Size Standard of 1,250 employees.
