THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT, A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 12, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES AND THERE WILL BE NO CONTRACT AWARD FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.). PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST.
Requirement:
The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources interested in providing the items identified in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). The government is requesting that interested concerns capable of satisfying the requirement in the attached SOO furnish the following information:
(1) Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and e-mail address.
(2) Type of business, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc.), North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), CAGE Code and DUNS Number.
(3) Under which NAICS code does your company usually provide the requirements described in the attached SOO?
(4) Provide no more than three (3) references for no more than three (3) of the most recent and relevant contracts performed in the last three (3) years. Include name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address for each references. Also, provide a brief description of the work performed, contract number, total contract value and period of performance. Contracts must be the same or similar to the items described in the SOO.
(5) Please describe any customary commercial contract terms or conditions that you feel would make any resulting contract more effective if applicable.
