The Fitzgerald and Ben Hill County Development Authority (FBHCDA) As (“Owner”), is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for the construction of a project known as, “Cottage Innovations Center for Culinary Entrepreneurship” (Cottage Innovations) at 215 East Jessamine Street, Fitzgerald, GA 31750. The building will consist of approximately 2,500 square feet of new construction and will house areas for a shared commercial kitchen, food preparation areas, small office, handicap accessible restroom, walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and common space. The exterior will tie the existing commercial construction in the general vicinity and will have its own dedicated parking. The site should be pedestrian friendly from all four sides. Approximately one-third of the available lot will be preserved for future development. All responses must be sealed in an opaque envelope or box, and reference to the Cottage Innovations Center for Culinary Entrepreneurship on envelopes or boxes and addressed to the addresses below. Statements of Qualifications must be physically received prior to Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 12:00 noon. at the addresses below.
