DeWitt & Associates, Inc. is the Construction Manager for this project. This project is a 31,000 SF dormitory renovation at the College of the Ozarks campus in Point Lookout, MO. The project includes a new fire suppression system and replacement of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, windows, doors, and complete finish upgrades. The project is scheduled to begin in May 2021 and complete by December 2021. Bid Date: May 7, 2021 by 3:00 PM Pre-Bid Date: None Site Access: Thursday April 29, 2021 and Friday April 30, 2021. Available hours each day are between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Masks are required on campus for all site visits. The asbestos abatement, plumbing and HVAC have been previously awarded.
