under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) for the existing Cost Per Test standing order for a HMX AL Analyzer; (1) LH750 Analyzer; (1) LH500 Analyzer and the iQ200 ELITE system.

This award will be made to Beckman Coulter 250 S Kraemer Blvd, Brea CA 92821. The sole source justification is based on Beckman Coulter being the manufacturer and only vendor that can provide the Service and consumables compatible with the existing vendor owned analyzer.
