This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-11-Q-0074 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Cosmic Bowling Light System at Whiteman AFB, MO. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335129. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 500 Employees. This acquisition is for full and open competition. All offers are to remain valid until 1 Oct 2011.
Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. All Items are listed as "or equal."
Items required:
1.) Complete Silver Lighting System: Effects Lighting for the lanes and concourse; includes four (4) Martin Smart Mac High Output Light Fixtures; Eight (8) Martin Lighting Effects for above the lanes and concourse; One (1) Set of Custom Gobos; One (1) Haze Effect; Lighting controller, cable, and connectors
2.) Complete Silver Blacklight System: Three (3) fixtures per lane pairs for a total of twenty four (24) fixtures; Includes dual open channel fluorescent fixtures, blacklight lamps, and hardware.
3.) Complete Installation Professional Services: Installation design and documentation; CAD drawings, equipment rack preparation, equipment testing, preliminary programming set-up, project management, systems installation, programming, systems acceptance and training.
4) Proposed system must be compatible with Conquer Pro Software.
Delivery: All items are required NLT 60 days ARO; If this date is not achievable please submit best delivery date.
