All bidders are encouraged to attend. Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of several additions and remodel to the school located at: 506 Main St, Stickney, SD 57375, before 2:00 pm local time on December 16th, 2021. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Stickney School – Elementary Band Room, 506 Main St, Stickney, SD 57375. Project Description: 14,977 SF of addition at the Stickney school. There will be a new elementary school, with a major amount of demo work to the existing school. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $90.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
