CORPUS CHRISTI READINESS CENTER MAJOR MAINTENANCE - Per Texas Government Code 437; The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide modernization of the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) Corpus Christi Readiness Center (RC) facility including but not limited to mitigation of life safety and code related deficiencies, with interior building improvements including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire suppression, fire alarm and IT/telecom trades and exterior building improvements including site civil modifications, storm drainage improvements, parking lot renovations, boring across roadway to install new water line, installation of diesel fire pump, fencing modifications, and site utility upgrades. INVITATION FOR BID - CFMO21-ENG(C)-11; Sealed bids will be received by the TMD until 2:00 PM Central Time, Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Camp Mabry, building 37, Austin, Texas 78703 for the Corpus Christi RC Major Maintenance STAR Project, located at 1430 Horne Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78416. The total estimated cost of this project is $6.2 Million. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE PRE-QUALIFIED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT (PRIME & GENERAL CONTRACTORS ONLY).
