Cornwall Park Trail Improvements consists of demolishing the existing park building and contents in its entirety and disposing off-site, removing misc. house-hold garbage/furnishings/debris around the building, erosion control, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, selective site demolition, cutting and filling, backfill with selected aggregates, asphalt paving, limestone trail surfacing, signage, striping, and landscape restoration. Improvements are designed to provide a 1355 linear foot non-motorized trail from Guide Meridian to Birchwood Avenue through Cornwall Park. Project is programmed to commence construction on or before June 1, 2017 and shall be completed within 60 working days.
