The United States International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) intends to award on a sole source basis to Phoenix Pumps, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Phoenix Pumps, Inc. is the solely authorized representative for the sale of new and replacement pumps and parts for the governmental/municipal markets in the State of Arizona.  The USIBWC requires the replacement of one (1) new Cornell 14NHG-VC18DB Vertical Coupled Solids Handling Pump to maintain compatibility with existing equipment. 

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement.  However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quote which shall be considered by the agency. 

Capability statements or quotes shall be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than 4:30pm MDT on Friday, September 13, 2019.
