CORAL MONITORING AND CORAL MAINTENANCE SURVEYS IN SUPPORT OF PC19-03 TINIAN HARBOR REPAIRS, TINIAN, COMMONWEALTH OF THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS.

The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to conduct coral monitoring and maintenance surveys and reports needed to enable compliance with environmental planning and regulatory processes, including the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), and Magnuson‐Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and NEPA, as applicable. These federal and local government environmental mandates require all action proponents to use the best available science to conduct an assessment of the potential impacts on marine resources arising from in‐water construction.  All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.  The Period of Performance is Eighteen (18) months from the date of award.  This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency.

All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website.  IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.

All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations must be received by this office no later than 4:30 p.m. (Guam time/UTC +10) on Friday, December 23, 2023.
