The City of Palo Alto is seeking technical and cost proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide design-build services to reconstruct a small (approximately 5) pole span section of the Colorado-Adobe Creek (COP-AC) 60kV line. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work, Attachment B. Due to the Shelter-in-Place order, a virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. The conference will be a Microsoft Teams Meeting.
