Parish of Ascension www.ascensionparish.net Clint Cointment ascension parish president REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ENGINEERING SERVICES Ascension Parish Conway Bayou Pump Station Upgrade FEMA/HMGP 4277-DR-LA-Project#0062 Parish Grant # 2003F EACGDD # EAD 20009 Request for Qualifications will be received by the Ascension Parish Government at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Office, 615 East Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 (mailing address PO Box 2392, Gonzales, LA 70707-2392) until June 11, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. (CST) for the following: The Parish of Ascension desires to obtain professional engineering services for a project funded by Federal Emergency Management Agency /Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and subsequent implementation of that program. The project listed is soliciting for Professional Engineering Services to provide Pre-construction services that includes design, permitting, modeling and construction bid documents for the Conway Bayou Pump Station Upgrades. As outlined in the RFQ Scope of Services (Section 1.3), the Parish of Ascension hereby Requests Qualifications from experienced and qualified firms to provide the needed services. Firms/Individuals who are interested in providing services requested under this RFQ must submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of an offer. The offer shall be received in hard copy (printed) version by Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department, 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, LA 70737 on or before 4:00p.m. CST on the date specified in the Schedule of Events. Please review Response Submission section 4:1 for complete submission instructions.
