The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain bids from pre-qualified vendors to provide the State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) with Converged Telephony Enterprise Network (CTEN) services to include System monitoring, Installation and Moves, Adds, Changes, Software Assurance on all Avaya elements and Preventative and Remedial Maintenance.
