This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing assistance to Saudi Arabian Ministry of the National Guard (MNG) Soldiers and their dependents in traveling abroad to attend United States (US) Department of Defense (DoD) training/military education or to act as a Country Liaison Officer (CLO). Support shall be provided to CLO, MNG International Military Students (IMS), and their families from candidate selection through completion of military courses and return home to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).  Support per each IMS and CLO may span from two weeks up to one year.  Operating locations include a Country Support Office within KSA as well as Country Support Teams (CSTs) around the vicinities of Fort Rucker, AL, Defense Language Institute Joint Base San Antonio, TX, and Fort Eustis, VA.  Verbal and written translation services between English and Arabic shall be a requirement of the CSTs.

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market research request is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses are not offers and cannot be accepted by the USG to form a binding contract. The information provided in this Sources Sought is subject to change and is not binding on the USG.

Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Please clearly identify any information your company considers proprietary.  No classified, confidential, or sensitive information shall be included in a response to this Sources Sought. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.

Contractors are requested to provide the following within their Capability Statement:

1. Detail capability to support CLO, MNG International Military Students, and their families from candidate selection through completion of military courses and return to KSA.
