It is the intent of the Bureau of Reclamation to award a sole source contract to Fremont County Weed and Pest for the control of noxious and nuisance weeds on Reclamation land throughout Fremont County. This action is authorized under the Carlson-Foley Act, Section of the Federal Noxious Weed Act of 1974 and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302.1 The contract period is expected to be approximately May 10, 2011 to December 31, 2011
